The service

The platform offers market analysis based on official data, suggestions of possible buyers or suppliers, and the option to ask the Chamber for an introduction.

During the pilot some features may change, be limited or not always be available.

Free trial and accounts

You can try the platform for free, even without registering: one search and a few example buyers, without introductions.

By registering you agree to provide accurate information and to keep access to your account safe. The Chamber may approve, suspend or reject a company.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to send spam, scrape data automatically, bypass limits, upload unlawful content or impersonate another company.

Introductions always go through the Chamber: do not use the results to mass-contact the suggested companies.

Nature of the information

Duties, statistics, scores and suggested buyers are for information only and may contain errors or be out of date. Part of the results is generated with artificial intelligence.

They are not customs, tax, legal or financial advice: always check official sources or a professional before deciding.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the information or from business relationships started through the platform, which remain between the companies involved.

Your content

The data you enter remains yours. You allow us to use it only to provide the service and, for introduction requests, to share it with the Chamber and with the company being introduced.

Plans and payments

Besides the free Trial there are three plans: Explore, Match and Export Manager. What each includes and what it costs is shown on the Pricing page when you choose. Prices exclude VAT, which is added when due. The service is intended for businesses and professionals.

Members of the partner Chamber: Explore is included in the membership and the other plans are 50% off, as long as the Chamber confirms the membership. If the membership ends, the full price applies from the next renewal, with notice.

Explore and Match are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel or change plan at any time from “My company”: the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires.

Included introductions are counted per calendar month and unused ones do not carry over.

Export Manager is activated on request: activities, price and duration are agreed in writing with the Chamber or with us before it starts.

We may change plan prices and contents: we will tell you in advance and changes apply from the next renewal, so you can cancel if you do not agree. During the pilot prices are launch prices.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
